Protein Dhal Soya Patties


INGREDIENTS

  • 150g dhal, soak till soft
  • 150g soya beans, soak for 4 to 5 hours
  • 100g onions, chopped
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 2 stalks curry leaves
  • 1 tbs black sesame seeds
  • 2 scoops Nutrilite Soy Protein Drink
  • 1½ tsp whole cumin
  • 1 tsp salt

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend coarsely. Shape into patties.
  2. Pan fry on medium heat until patties turn golden brown.
  3. Serve warm.
