eSpring Interview: Rick Andrew, NSF Expert

Did you know that the new eSpring Water Purifier is certified to four NSF/ANSI Standards? In addition to NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53 and 401, it is the first water purifier with UV-C LED technology to be certified with NSF/ANSI Standard 55.

The National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) is an independent, non-profit organisation first established in 1944 at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Aiming to protect environmental and public health, NSF International writes standards, and tests and certifies products for the food, water and consumer goods industries.

Because the NSF engages in the rigorous testing and auditing of the products and services it certifies, the NSF mark serves as an emblem of assurance, signifying to consumers, retailers and regulatory bodies that all of its certified products – including the new eSpring Water Purifier – meet or exceed requisite standards.

Recently, Amway had the pleasure of hosting NSF expert Rick Andrew, who spoke on the importance of NSF Standards in water purifiers at the Nutrilite x Spring: The Connection for Healthier Lives event held at the Putrajaya Marriott Hotel.

As the former Director of Global Business Development for Water Systems at NSF International, Rick has 30 years of experience in preserving and maintaining clean drinking water and was responsible for NSF’s global sales and structuring of water-related programmes.

We had a little chat on the New eSpring Water Purifier’s four NSF Standards and what this means for consumers everywhere. Watch this video to learn more.
