Mee San was a teacher while Kok Joo was a legal practitioner who worked hard in their respective careers. When Mee San started her Amway business in 2006, none of her uplines lived in her city.
She did not allow that to deter her as she knew she needed to learn the ropes of the trade before she could reap the rewards. After all, continuous learning is the key to success.
However, instead of supporting her, Kok Joo opposed her decision to be an ABO due to his ignorance about the business. Over time though, the sharp-witted and loving Mee San influenced him with her positive energy.
After attending a rally where he developed a better understanding of Amway, Kok Joo decided to team up with her. After about a year building their Amway business on a part-time basis, they qualified as Founders Platinum in 2007 and was invited for their first Amway Leadership Seminar.
In 2012, Mee San and Kok Joo qualified as Diamonds, followed by Executive Diamonds in 2015. From 2007 to 2023, they were invited by Amway to travel to over 29 cities around the world which has created a lifetime worth of sweet memories!
Besides realising their dreams on after another, they found the right balance between spending time on their business and with their family. They travelled overseas with their parents every year and were able to spent more time with their 4 children.
They continued to grow their business by helping other aspiring and committed business partners in their organisation to realise their dreams and improve their lives. In 2018, they successfully qualified as Founders Executive Diamonds. During the pandemic, they continued to lead their teams and became GAR Double Diamonds in 2020, and qualified as GAR Founders Double Diamond in 2022.
