Red Bean Pancakes


INGREDIENTS

  • 280g water
  • 2 scoops Nutrilite Soy Protein Drink
  • 2 Grade A eggs
  • 125g plain flour
  • 300g red bean paste

METHOD

  1. Combine water, Nutrilite Soy Protein Drink, eggs and flour together to make the pancake batter. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Divide the red bean paste into 50g portion each and place it on a cling wrap. Shape the paste into a rectangle.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and place a ladle of batter into the pan to make the pancake. Once the pancake is cooked, place the red bean paste on the pancake. Then fold the pancake like an envelope.
  4. Fry both sides of the pancake with a little oil until golden brown.
  5. Repeat the process until all the batter and red bean paste are used up.
