Protein Kaya


INGREDIENTS

  • 5 Grade A eggs
  • 1 scoop Nutrilite Soy Protein Drink
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 200g coconut milk
  • 1 pandan leaf, knotted
  • 1 tbs butter

METHOD

  1. Combine Nutrilite Soy Protein Drink and 100g sugar before adding in the eggs and coconut milk. Stir well until ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  2. Next, in a pot, heat 2 tbs of sugar until it caramelises.
  3. Strain the mixture into the pot and add in pandan leaf.
  4. Cook on low heat and keep stirring with a whisk until the mixture thickens.
  5. Add butter and mix it well.
  6. Pour into a container, cover and leave it to cool.
  7. Keep refrigerated.

Great with pastries and toasts or serve it your preferred way.
