Dried Fruit & Nuts Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup rice
  • Walnuts, chopped
  • Almonds
  • Raisins
  • Strawberries, sliced

Method:

  1. Soak the rice in some water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the soaked rice, put it in a blender and pour in 4 cups of filtered water.
  3. Blend the rice until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the stainless steel inner pot of the Noxxa Low Sugar Rice Cooker and close the lid.
  5. Choose the Porridge setting and press start.
  6. Ladle the porridge into a bowl and garnish with the walnuts, almonds, raisins and strawberries.
