Oodles Of Fun With The Noxxa Noodle Maker

Mee Bandung

Noxxa Noodle Maker recipes: Mee Bandung

Noodle recipe:
200g wheat flour 
200g high protein flour 
140ml: water + 1 egg + 1/2 teaspoon cooking oil + 1/2 teaspoon salt

  1. Put all the flour into the Noxxa Noodle Maker stir cup and close the lid. 
  2. Press the Auto/Stop button. Pour the liquid into the stir cup through the hole in the lid. 
  3. The noodles will extrude automatically. 
  4. Boil the noodles and set aside. 


Coarsely pound: 
2 tablespoons dried shrimps 
1-2 shallots 
3 cloves garlic 

Other ingredients: 
A little oil 
8-10 shrimps 
2-3 tablespoons chilli paste 
3 tablespoons chilli sauce 
2 tablespoons tomato sauce 
2 tablespoons oyster sauce 
100g chicken (thinly sliced) 
Pepper powder to taste 
1 litre water 
1 bunch choy sum (cut and separate stems and leaves) 
½ carrot (sliced) 
½ chicken cube (optional) 
1 tomato (sliced) 
Salt to taste 
Sugar to taste 
1 tablespoon cornflour + a little water 
4 bird’s eye chillies 
4 eggs 

Garnishing:
Fried shallots 
2 pieces fried tofu (sliced) 
1 spring onion (sliced) 
Red chillies (sliced) 
Lime (cut into wedges) 


Method:
  1. Heat the oil in the Noxxa Electric Multifunction Pressure Cooker inner pot using the Stir Fry function and fry the prawns until half cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté the pounded ingredients until fragrant and brown.
  3. Add the chilli paste and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the chilli sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, sliced ​​chicken and white pepper powder. Sauté until the chicken is cooked.
  5. Add the water, choy sum stems and carrot slices. Boil the gravy for a few minutes.
  6. Add the chicken cube, tomato slices and shrimps. Season with salt and sugar to taste.
  7. Pour the cornflour mixture into the gravy slowly.
  8. Add the bird’s eye chillies, eggs and choy sum leaves. Let it boil.
  9. Serve with cooked noodles and garnish with fried shallots, tofu, spring onion, red chillies and lime wedges.

 


 

Noxxa Noodle Maker recipes: Sausage Pasta

Sausage Pasta 

Pasta recipe:
200g wheat flour

140ml: water + 1 egg + 1/2 teaspoon cooking oil + 1/2 teaspoon salt 

  1. Put all the flour into the noodle maker container and close the lid. 
  2. Press the Auto/Stop button. Pour the liquid ingredients into the noodle maker container through the hole in the lid. 
  3. The pasta will extrude automatically. 
  4. Boil the pasta and set aside. 


Sausage Pasta recipe:
6 sausages 
300g chicken fillet 
2 cups cream 
2 cups English parsley 
4 tablespoons butter 
6 cloves garlic 
2 cups mozzarella cheese 
200g pasta 
Salt and white pepper powder to taste 


Method: 
  1. Heat the Noxxa Electric Multifunction Pressure Cooker inner pot with the Stir Fry function and add the butter. 
  2. Add the garlic and sauté until golden brown. 
  3. Add the chicken and sauté. 
  4. Add the sausage and sauté until cooked. 
  5. Add the mozzarella cheese and cream. 
  6. Add the English parsley. Let the sauce boil. 
  7. Mix well with the pasta that has been boiled earlier and serve. 

 


 

Cadbury Tart 

Noxxa Noodle Maker recipes: Cadbury Tart

Pastry recipe:
250g butter (softened) 
70g castor sugar 
370g wheat flour 
50g corn flour 
1 egg yolk 
1 teaspoon vanilla essence 

Filling:
Cadbury chocolates 

Glaze:
2 egg yolks + 2 teaspoons water


Method:
  1. Select the Cookie mould and assemble it on the Noxxa Noodle Maker.
  2. Put all ingredients except the filling into the stir cup and close the lid.
  3. Press the Auto/Stop button. The pastry will extrude automatically. Cut the pastry into 8cm lengths.
  4. Wrap the Cadbury chocolates with the cut pastry and place it onto a baking tray.
  5. Glaze the surface of the pastry with the mixture of egg yolk and water.
  6. Bake at 175°C in a preheated Noxxa BreadMaker Oven Toaster for 15 minutes.
